Commenation from customer

– McLane Advanced Technologies –

I just wanted to touch base with you to say thanks for the outstanding FSR support McLane has provided over the last 17 months; the McLane FSR Support Teams (FWD) emulates the caliper of expertise needed across Theater. I wanted to recognize two members of your Team and give them a special “thanks”. Mr. Willie Briley and Mr. Glenn Johnson was asked to provide a brief to the JLI PM Mr. Tommy Baker here in Kuwait, they provided a very professional formal brief and Q&A session in which the PM walked away with the total value added of having onsite SAMS Support and better understanding of SAMS-IE, “GREAT JOB GUYS”.  I also would like to forward a written commendation for Mr. Glenn Johnson, which I will be sending out today for signature. Both gentlemen have the experience, knowledge base, and known work ethic that has greatly enhanced the quality of our SAMS Operators/ System Administrators providing support to our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines. I have had the opportunity and privilege of working with both your Kuwait Site Lead Willie Briley and FSR Glenn Johnson during my tenure as the JLI Production Control Manager. I am sure these two gentlemen will enhance operations being performed throughout theater and provide the representation that any company would be proud of on any contract.

I have echoed these sentiments across the SAIC Leadership Team as we continue to enhance the Team building and contractual relationships; any opportunity we have to dialog and recognize outstanding performers we should without hesitation, do so.
